It's basically boiled linseed oil in an aerosol can. For a much cheaper solution, a can of boiled linseed oil can be had at a hardware store for just a couple dollars. Plug the holes, pour some in the frame, slosh it around for a while, dump out the excess and let it cure for a day or two.
